One of the centerpieces of Valiant Comics’ recent return has been the rematch between Ninjak and his one-time lover Roku. This week, that story draws to an end in Ninjak Vs. Roku #4.
Ninjak is one of Valiant’s premier characters. The most skilled martial artist in the world, Colin King became a spy, selling his services to the highest bidder. After the Valiant reboot, Ninjak became Valiant’s Batman, saving the world over and over again. In his first series after the reboot, we met Roku, a spy and assassin as deadly as Ninjak himself is with a personal tie to Colin’s past.
In Ninjak Vs. Roku, the duo’s long awaited rematch has found them battling all across the Valiant Universe. In the conclusion, out on September 11, Roku has thought she’s won. However, Ninjak is one step ahead of her…
The issue comes from AJ Ampadu, Diego Giribaldi, Lautaro Ftuli, and Camila Jorge. The main cover is by Richard Ortiz, and a Bat homage variant by Nobi.
