Skybound/Image Comics, and partners Hasbro have shared interior pages and covers for Transformers #13 by writer Daniel Warren Johnson (Extremity, Do a Powerbomb), artist Jason Howard (Super Dinosaur), and colourist Mike Spicer (Stillwater, Murder Falcon). This new issue kicks off a two-issue Starscream origin story featuring coming this October.

After the stunning events of his battle with the Decepticons, Starscream has been left for dead. Now the secret to surviving the future may be revisiting his shocking past…

Transformers #13 comes with a main cover by Daniel Warren Johnson and Mike Spicer, as well as varinat covers by Jorge Corona & Mike Spicer, Viktor Bogdanovic (1:10 incentive variant connecting cover series), Jorge Fornés (1:25 incentive variant), Francesco Mattina (1:50 incentive variant),Homare (1:100 incentive variant), a blank sketch cover, and a special surprise open-to-order cover by Ludo Lullabi (cover artist,Harley Quinn).
