Netflix Reveals First Full ‘Devil May Cry’ Trailer

Devil May Cry is a new eight- episode animated series created and produced by Adi Shankar (Captain Laserhawk) animated by Studio MIR (The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf). It follows the exploits of the charismatic demon hunter Dante and his rivalry with his brother Vergil. Devil May Cry video game series character Lady is also confirmed to be appearing.
Judging by the mysterious rabbit-faced villain at the end of the teaser, this will be a story unique from the games. Shankar has had a stellar track record for video game adaptations that capture the spirit of the game while also building upon the story and reaching new viewers. Overall this is everything I’d want and more from a Devil May Cry series.
Devil May Cry will be streaming on Netflix April 2025.
