As Jean Grey prepares to take flight to the stars, she and Cyclops spend one last night together before she goes. The duo can never have a quiet moment together though, as they discover a hidden mystery that could tear them apart. Meanwhile, journalist Sally Floyd discovers a simple investigation into the crimes Charles Xavier committed in the final moments of the Krakoa-Orchis war is deeper than she imagined. Will her discovery destroy the X-Men before their future off the island even starts?
