Batman Beyond: Year One is a fan film based on the Batman Beyond animated series from 1999. The short film has Terry McGinnis tracking down the Royal Flush Gang and having a star-crossed romance with the mysterious Melanie Walker.
Ryan Potter and Isabelle Hahn are pitch perfect in their roles as Terry and Melanie. I was astounded by the production values of this fan project. Batman Beyond: Year One looks better than many CW adaptations of DC characters. Batman Beyond has a strong fanbase so a believe its only a matter of time before we can revisit Neo-Gotham.
