Stern Pinball Celebrates 50th Anniversary Of ‘Jaws’ With New Premium Edition Pinball Machine

This year marks the 50th year anniversary of the iconic film Jaws. In order to celebrate the occasion, gaming company Stern Pinball announced their Jaws 50th Anniversary Premium Edition pinball machine.

The machine was developed alongside Universal Products & Experiences. This version is different from the one revealed at CES 2024. It features a re-imagined playfield with glitter-enhanced artwork and brass powder-coated wireform ramps. This collector’s item also has a distinctive 50th Anniversary hologram sticker and a unique translite and cabinet decals. The pinball machine is outfitted with a bold “Passion Red” armor kit including matching legs, hinges, front molding and side armor with standard premium shape.

There is even more than aesthetic differences. Stern has created an updated code with new features such as Team Play and Co-op, which allows collaborative play with friends, shared progress, and more. In addition, the update introduces new wizard modes including the “Wheel Award Final Wizard Mode” and the final “Smile you sonofa…. Wizard Mode.” So many new fun ways to enjoy. You’re gonna need a bigger gameroom to house this pinball machine.

For those who want. A hands on preview of the Jaws 50th Anniversary Premium Edition pinball machine, it will be displayed at Stern Pinball’s official booth (#4029) and at the annual Stern Pop-up Arcade at the Marriott Marquis, July 24 – 27 during San Diego Comic-Con.
