Watch James Gunn Go DVD Hunting On Konbini

James Gunn (Superman, Guardians of the Galaxy) looks back on his cinematic favorites in the Video Club with Konbini. I can understand why Gunn would respond to films like The Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and Kung Fu Hustle. He’s known for quirky films with a lot of heart and mixing action and comedy together. As it turns out, he and I have very similar film tastes and the director and DC Studios co-CEO talks about how The Villainess influenced his action design. Gunn also mentioned Revenge by Coralie Fargeat and I hope she can work on a DC project in the future. The fact that a director with such eclectic film tastes is running DC Studios is nothing short of a miracle!
