Stephen Tyrone Colbert Funko POP! Available “While Supplies Last”

I remember the first time I saw one Stephen Tyrone Colbert. He was wandering around on The Daily Show, doing all sorts of satirical nonsense in a way that brought me actual joy.
He eventually left that program to helm his own late-night show, The Colbert Report, which I would put on every morning as I would get ready for the day. It would wake me up with a laugh. I was so tuned in to Stephen Tyrone Colbert and his show that when he left Comedy Central, I stopped watching the channel because there was nothing really there for me anymore.
Colbert then went on to do The Late Show on CBS, a program that has been running since 1993. While doing all of this, he earned nine Primetime Emmys, two Grammys, and three Peabody Awards. He was named one of Time‘s 100 Most Influential People on multiple occasions, and his book I Am America (And So Can You!) was listed No. 1 on The New York Times Best Seller list at least once.
And now Stephen Tyrone Colbert is a Funko POP! for a limited time.
Unlike John Oliver‘s way-less-styled POP!, the Colbert one really captures his essence.
I mean, look at the Oliver Funko POP! (above). He looks like the star of The Drew Carey Show. He looks like one of the guys from The Office. He looks like Tom Brokaw or a young Lawrence Harvey Zeiger. Oliver resembles every other spectacled white man in a suit, he could even be Agent Smith from The Matrix.
However, Colbert with his The Late Show mug looks exactly like Stephen Tyrone Colbert — and that is just delightful! While The Late Show seems to be coming to an end thanks to various forces in the world, this Funko POP! will take easily 500 years to decompose. He’s here to stay.
