‘Interview With the Vampire’ Continues With ‘The Vampire Lestat’

Interview With the Vampire is a TV series based on the novels by Anne Rice, in which a vampire tells his epic story of love, blood, and the perils of immortality to a journalist. Season 1 focuses on the tragic and toxic relationship between Louis Dulac (Jacob Anderson) and the vampire who made him, Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid). Season 2 sees Louis explore other relationships and other parts of the world. The series does an excellent job at blending drama, horror, and homoeroticism. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying Interview With The Vampire and I greatly anticipate seeing Lestat take center stage in season 3.
