Mad Cave Studios’ Nakama Press imprint has announced World Enders for summer 2026. The manga-inspired apocalyptic romp comes from writer James Patrick and artist Nicola Izzo, with letters by Sal Cipriano. Set in the aftermath of not one, but eight, apocalypses, the graphic novel drops readers into a world that’s been pushed past collapse and kept breathing anyway.
The end of the world isn’t coming. It’s already here. Eight apocalypses have ravaged Earth, and humanity has limped through each one…barely. Now, the monsters of Apoc 8 are closing in, and the only ones left to finish the job are a ragtag crew known as the World Enders: Bethany, Pullman, Toth, and the unhinged S.A.M. – mercenaries who kill for hire in a world already on life support.
