Robert E Howard’s Solomon Kane Returns In ‘Solomon Kane: The Lion’s Errant’ From Titan Comics

As you have just read in the headline, Robert E Howard‘s Solomon Kane returns to comics once more with the announcement of the new miniseries Solomon Kane: The Lion’s Errant from Titan Comics and Hero Signature, written and illustrated by Patrick Zircher.

While everyone knows Conan the Barbarian — Howard’s other pulp creation — there are still many who hold a soft spot for this Puritanican witchfinder, whom I wrote about previously, including writer/artst Zircher, who has previously illustrated him for Titan Comics in the series Solomon Kane: The Serpent Ring, also from Titan Comics.

Here’s the synopsis for this new series:

“Solomon Kane is no stranger to the impossible. But the mythic storm gathering in the heart of India may be his greatest test yet.

Guided by a mysterious black-maned lion, Solomon Kane is drawn to India and a confrontation between the warrior queen Rani Durgavati and the mighty Mughal Empire.
