LCCAF 26: Canapes, Spritz, And Gelato With Artists And Collectors At The Lake

One of Lake Como Comic Art Festival’s many unique features is a VIP gathering in Vila Erba, a beautiful venue for any occasion, much less a comic con.

This year’s event on Friday night was no exception, with the comics elite and collectors rubbing elbows and enjoying the magnificent sights. The food was a step up from the 2025 edition, with heavy appetizers, including fresh mozzarella, tuna on a tapioca chip, and the Italian favorite, gelato.

The artists got to fanboy (and fangirl) over each other, while collectors plotted their strategies for scoring their must-have commissions from Gabrielle Dell’Otto, Stanley ‘Artgerm’ Lau, and J. Scott Campbell.

It turned out to be a great kickoff to an always class event.
