Gift Guide For Gamers 2027: ‘Warhammer’ Brings Plush Pals To The Table
by Anton Kromoff
Welcome to the table,
It’s one of my favorite times of the year! Those brilliant days when the nights grow longer, when the world gets a little quieter, the wind brings something cold from the north. I can lurk about my library like some holiday lich, remembering all the fun gaming things I’m thankful have brought me comfort and joy over the dark days of this past year.
This is also an opportunity for me to call out some of the coolest stuff I’ve found for you, my dear readers, so you can add these offerings to your gift lists. You will serve as the true lords of yule in raw defiance of the holly jolly crimson-clad elven king whom I hate with a burning passion!

This year we are kicking off with the softer side of Warhammer, their plush collectable collection!
TOMY: Tech-Priest Manipulus
![]()
A Tech-Priest is a loyal servitor of the Machine God and a dutiful agent of the God-Empire in the grim dark future. Normally, these monstrosities of mankind are cobbled-together collections of cogs and cords, a creepy fusion of flesh and machine that lurks in ancient, massive structures, dabbling in all sorts of strange science that borders on what we might call magic at this point in human existence.
This adorable plush Tech-Priest, however, is anything but alarming. It provides a soft and cuddly companion to those who favor the Adeptus Mechanicus over the more militant arms of the empire. Crafted from soft boa fabric and felt, this little maintainer of the sacred engines is ready to cast down heretics and cuddle up with you as visions of servo-skulls dance in your head.
You can score one for yourself right now at this link.
TOMY: Pink Horror of Tzeentch
![]()
For those who prefer to snuggle up with heresy, this Pink Horror of Tzeentch is the perfect cuddle companion. A representative of the Chaos God known as the Changer of Ways, this odd little mutant is ready to whisper sweet heresy into your ear as you slumber and help you build towards your ambition to overthrow all who would stand in the way of progress at all costs.
This huggable little daemon is made of boa fabric and stuffed with polyester and screams. You can score one for yourself at this link.
TOMY: Grenade Nurgling
![]()
Grandfather Nurgle has planted a grand garden of plague and rot, and those odd offerings of chaos and corruption have grown strange fruit … adorable strange fruit!
The Grenade Nurgling is a perfect companion to those wishing to explode with holiday cheer. While not really great on their own, they love to side with a champion who needs a little extra help, or to swarm up with other little Nurglings to overwhelm the forces who oppose chaos and rot.
This little 6-inch weirdo is made of soft boa and packed with polyfill, and could be yours at this link while supplies last.
TOMY: Bounca
![]()
Da Red Gobbo’s faithful squig mount, Bounca is full of festive cheer and a deep, worrying hunger. Dressed in his holiday best, Bounca in plush form is ready to raid the tree, the fridge, the yard, the neighborhood … and anything else that looks remotely like it could fit in its toothsome little mouth.
This special festive release of a stuffed squig is a perfect present for you or those in your circle who are fans of the Orks and their waaaagh! ways. You can score one for yourself or your Big Boss at this link.
TOMY: Blood Bowl Ball
![]()
When people say Fantasy Football, I think Blood Bowl. This plush spiked ball, coming in at roughly 128 mm x 102 mm x 102 mm, is styled like the iconic Blood Bowl Ball fought over by various teams during matches where rules are more suggestions, and there is nearly always blood on the pitch before things are said and done.
I loved seeing this in the collection this year because Blood Bowl is such a fun sports-gaming hybrid that will really make people who play in the space excited. This is a top-notch gift, friends. You can grab one at this link.
TOMY: Ultramarine Power Fist
![]()
As someone who plays Ultramarines, a plush Power Fist is absolutely epic in my book. I don’t do much collecting of plush in my world, choosing to purchase plush for those in my life who have space and a need for such things, but a plush Power Fist really makes it hard not to want to make room on the shelf so I can bop around with this thing when I am waiting for my tone-pro to dry in the library.
You can grab one of your very own at this link.
Until next time, happy holiday happenings and much more to come!
