Genndy Tartakovsky’s Complete ‘Dexter’s Laboratory’ Is Finally Heading To DVD

What a fine day for science! Cartoon Network Studios is heading back to the lab again, offering the complete animated series Dexter’s Laboratory on DVD for the first time ever.
The Emmy-winning series from creator Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars micro-series) ran from 1996 to 2003, but only select episodes and seasons have been released on disc. This will be the first time all 78 episodes — plus the special Dexter’s Laboratory: Ego Trip — will be together in one set.
For those of you who spent your childhood outdoors (or if you’re old), Dexter’s Laboratory follows the titular boy genius inventor, whose mad scientist plans are constantly undermined by his less-scientifically inclined older sister, Dee Dee, and his classmate-turned-arch rival Mandark.
Dexter’s Laboratory: The Complete Series will be available June 25th, and is currently available digitally on all the major platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Google Play, and Vudu.
Meanwhile, the third season Tartakovsky’s latest venture, Primal, was announced last year.
