Developer Koei-Tecmo is getting close to releasing another game in their long running Atelier franchise with Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land, and with that they’ve got a new game system overview trailer to go with it. The trailer goes into detail on field actions, which includes Yumia’s sweet motorcycle, her rifle to break down barriers, and ruins which offer secrets and treasures if players can solve their puzzles.
Of course, it’s not an Atelier game without some form of alchemy. The trailer also covers how synthesis works in the game, and how it can help different characters as players acquire resources. It also discusses the game’s shift to embracing real-time combat, and lastly the game’s camp and building systems, which allow players to build their own homebase.
Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land launches March 21st for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, Xbox Series and Xbox One, and on PC via Steam.
