by Gary Catig
We received a taste of what Hasbro had in store for the Marvel brand during its annual breakfast at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. If you are excited for the Vision & Scarlett Witch two-pack and Spider-Man: Miles Morales Electronic Expressive Mask, there’s a lot more where that came from. We spoke with Hasbro Senior Brand Manager Dan Yun about all the Marvel Legends announcements.
There is the Maximum Series Symbiote Spider-Man that comes with a whole bunch of accessories.

Like they did last year for the Magic the Gathering: Marvel’s Spider-Man expansion set, the Marvel Legends line is collaborating with the customized card game for four new figures in the Marvel Super Heroes Magic The Gathering line. They include Black Panther, Captain America, Doom 2099, and Malice (Sue Storm). These four characters represent commanders in the game.

Moving on to video games, the Gamerverse line has been rebranded to Marvel Games. We received an on-site look at the Iron Man vs. Spiral two-pack.

Also in the line are the Wolverine vs. Psylocke two-pack, Gargantos, and Sentinel. The Sentinel is a made to order product that comes with 11 accessories. Put your orders in if you want one, and you have until September 7.
Speaking of gaming, Hasbro sees great potential to tap into those versions of popular characters for Marvel Legends. Yun said, ”I think specific to last year, we started the Gamerverse line, which is now rebranded to Marvel Games. We saw a lot of success with that. It was inspired by the Capcom game. That was super popular. This year we did Marvel Rivals, which kind of skews a little bit to a younger generation, and those have pre-ordered pretty well for us as well too.”
He continued, “We do find it pretty popular. There are other games we are looking at too. The Insomniac Wolverine that’s coming out in fall of this year. I think there is a beta Tōkon [Fighting Souls] game that is already here in San Diego. That is also a possibility. Especially with the younger generation, games are so important. It’s another gateway into the entry for the Legends. It’s exciting.”
After we spoke with Yun, and following the Marvel Studios panel, Hasbro revealed Legends figures from the film Avengers: Doomsday. They include Mister Fantastic & Marvel’s H.E.R.B.I.E. 2-pack, Marvel’s Invisible Woman & Human Torch 2-pack, Marvel’s The Thing, Magneto, Doctor Doom, Thor, Cyclops, Gambit, Captain America, and Shang-Chi.
Yun also discussed what fans and collectors can expect for the rest of 2026. “For Marvel Legends, we pump out a lot of figures. I think some people in the panel were a little disappointed I think because we didn’t show a lot to their expectations. But, what I try to say is, if we do all of our reveals here, then what are you going to do for the rest of the year. You know what I mean? For us, spreading out the news is kind of important. I promise you there is more stuff that we will reveal for the end of this year. It depends on what you like, but I’m pretty excited for it.”
