Something For The Halloween Weekend: Your Regular Dose Of Popular Posts

Welcome to the weekend and another selection of news, reviews and more, as chosen by us, the dedicated editorial team here at Comiccon.com, starting, as ever, with our esteemed Editor-in-Chief:

Erik Amaya chose:

• Remembering Sir Patrick Stewart, 1940 – 2026 by Tony Thornley
• Opinion: Gaming Continues To Be Awful As BioWare Shuts Down by Sage Ashford
• Talking Josie And The Pussycats: Rock On! With Jamie L. Rotante And Holly G! by Rachel Bellwoar

Tony Thornley chose the following:

• Just The Specials: Sour Patch Kids X Wing Stop Wings by Anton Kromoff
• Audio Drama Review — Doctor Who: Halloween — Doctor Doctor Doctor And Other Stories by Rachel Bellwoar
• Something Spooky: The Simpsons’ Treehouse of Horror #1 Returns To Its Roots by Austin Gorton

And I decided on these, given that it is Halloween today:

• Something Spooky: Stalking The Night In Giant-Size Spider-Man #1 by Tony Thornley
• Workshop Wednesday — The Tomb Kings Of Khemri Are On The Rise In Warhammer: The Old World by Anton Kromoff
• Something Spooky: Metal Men #33 Go The B-Movie Route by Benjamin Hall

This weekend’s something extra is also keeping with the Halloween tradition: a fan-made film by Jason Eisener reimagining Halloween‘s Michael Myers’ origin, and linking it with the magically infused Halloween masks of Halloween 3: Season of the Witch. Quite inventive.
