This week’s list is quite the comic book news heavy list, as it will be from time to time given that’s our bread and butter round these here parts. We had announcements from the Big Two, Skybound, Dynamite and more to share with you this weekend. As ever, enjoy!
- Dynamite’s Thundercats #1 is getting a second printing as reported on here by EiC Erik Amaya.
- Skybound is offering an Energon Universe Special reprinting its FCBD comic with all-new covers. Check the covers out here.
- We hosted another exclusive this week with Brendan M Allen posted a preview for Night People #3, from Oni Press here.
- Titan Comics gave us a first look at its Jimi Hendrix: Purple Haze graphic novel here.
- One preview that did well was for comiXology’s Parliament of Rooks #4 here.
- UK indie publisher ComicScene has launched a Tintin inspired graphic novel, Tara Tog: The Silence of Unicorns, Kickstarter you should check out here.
- The big news from the Big Two was the announcement that DC Comics and Marvel are to publish their classic crossovers and Amalgam comics collection in tow omnibuses. Read more here.
- Tony Thornley reported on Marvel’s plans for Black Panther in its crossover event, Blood Hunt here.
- One piece of film news, but still very much from the realm of comics, was the announcement of the new Fantastic Four movie cast here.
- And then there was one. Erik Amaya posted another podcast episode of The Law of Equivalent, which you can listen out here.
