Skydance New Media”Marvel 1943: The Rise Of Hydra’ Teams Up Captain America And WW2 Black Panther

Skydance New Media announced they were working on a major Marvel IP several years ago. At Epic Games’ “State of Unreal” showcase, the developers were prepared to finally give gamers a glimpse at what their title looks like. A trailer meant to show off the power of Unreal Engine 5.4, Marvel 1943: The Rise of Hydra looks glorious.
According to the developer, Rise of Hydra is a narrative-focused action adventure game. Helmed by genius writer-director Amy Hennig, The Rise of Hydra places players in the shoes of four different characters. Captain America works alongside Howling Commando Gabriel Jones, while T’Challa’s grandfather Azzuri works with Nanali, a Wakandan spy. Players will play as all four characters at different points in the game, for a globe-trotting narrative that will involve shutting down Hydra before they can get going.
Currently, we still don’t know much about the game, as they didn’t give a glimpse at gameplay. Even the platforms aren’t clear at the moment, so perhaps fans will have to wait until we’re a little closer to 2025 to get some answers.
